Baby Presents from Friends!

My goodness we have generous friends!  We’ve been receiving a lot of packages lately and it is SO exciting!

Keith, Karen and Cooper sent a ton of baby presents and baby toys!  Cooper even helped pick out the special toys to send to baby Cormac that were his when he was a baby!  They also sent Duke’s indestructible alligator that he had left in Vegas when we visited with them in July before we left.

Duke’s so happy with his toy Alligator!

All of the stuff from Cooper, Keith and Karen!

Missy and her mom Nancy sent a big package too with a bunch of items off of our registry.  Look how adorable the blankets are!  They are SO soft!

Our 31 Week Dr. Appointment went well!

We had an appt. today and all is well!  He’s a big boy!  He’s measuring 33 weeks 1 day and already weighs approximately 4 lbs!  He actually looks chubby in the 3-D picture!  We are so excited!  Now we start going every 2 weeks.  Our friend Keum Hee went with us to help translate in case we needed it.  We also met with the Lactation Consultant and let the Dr. know a few of our requests.  They are going to be very accomodating to us.  Ryan will be in the delivery room too, so hopefully that will help reassure me (If I don’t strangle him first)…

Here’s Cormac!

It’s still a work in progress, but here is a picture of the new curtains and wall letters in his nursery.

Life in Chinhae

Almost every day I go to Kim’s house to watch General Hospital and then have a Puppy Playdate.

It’s been great having Kim and Sydney, her daughter experience the pregnancy with me.  Every time Sidda sees me she asks, “is the baby moving?”  I love how this picture captured that moment.

Handsome Doggy!  He’s recently been on a diet and slimmed down a bit.

The Baby Shower was SO MUCH fun!

First of all I have to say thank you to Kim, Ella, Tammie and Jamie for planning such a wonderful shower.  It was a blast!

The delicious and adorable cake that Tammie made.  It was Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Banana Macadamia Nut!

The Diaper Bag filled with goodies from Kim!  I love it!

This is funny!  Ryan’s mom sent a package and Christine sent a package, but they told me not to open them until the shower.  Well…  they got me the exact same thing!  It’s a really cute 3 months outfit that says, ”Future Doctor” on it!

Wow!  People are SO generous!  I can’t believe how many nice things we received!

I’ve asked a few of you, but if you can remember things you absolutely loved, or didn’t use at all, please email me and let me know.

I’ll be 30 weeks on Tuesday and our next appointment is on the 20th of June.  He’s going to be here before we know it!  We are so excited!

Softball in Seoul

Well, we went to Seoul to play softball. It as a great trip and we had a blast, but we got killed in softball. We were definitely a second class team in a frist class tournament. We played 5 games and got beat by different varaitions of the mercy rule each time. There were so many teams they played throughout the night. We had one game at 3AM. Our last game was against another not so talented team and we scored a respectable 9 runs. We got beat so bad in the first four games it was embarassing. But the last game we actually had fun. The one thing we did have goning for us was super sweet uniforms.  We definitely had the best looing uniforms in the tournament, Hey you gotta take victories where you can find them?!?!  We had them made for $40 two weeks before the tourney.  Either way, Dayspring and I got to go to Seoul and had several good meals, which is what we miss in Chinhae. I don’t think this is the end of softball. We really are much better than we played in that tournament. Hopefully more tournaments are in the future.
