We were so excited when we found out that Jason was going to be in town for a few days!  Ryan and he were in Residency at Pendleton together and we hadn’t seen him since the conference in March last year.  We went to Pusan and ate at Outback!  It was delicious! 

It was so great to catch up with him!  They vented about work, what their next steps will be and what the future holds.  It was fabulous spending time with him!  We’re going to see him at least once more before he leaves as well.

He misses Cyd and the boys terribly.  He’s such a great daddy and husband! 

Cormac did a pretty good job too considering he was out past his bedtime.  He slept the entire way there and all of the way home. 

Kristi left today and we are all bummed.  Cormac loved charming her (as he does with all of the ladies), Duke was so spoiled by her walks and we loved spending time with her.  We are already planning a trip for her to visit us in San Diego in the Fall.

She took over one hundred pictures while she was here and I thought this one was great.  The weather has been perfect here lately, so that was an added bonus.

I couldn’t help but to add this one.  It’s one of her new dresses that she designed, picked out the fabric for, and had Ms. Lee sew.  It’s gorgeous on her and she’s planning on wearing it to an upcoming wedding.

And of course an obligatory picture of little man looking as cute as ever.

And look, Cormac can feed himself!  Ha ha!  He gobbled them down this morning.  He’ll be eating these for a few days and then he’ll try pumpkin next.  Yippee!

Ms. Lee came today and sewed a new coat for Kristi.  It’s beautiful!  She’s coming again tomorrow and making her a few dresses, a shirt and another jacket.

I guess we are all troublemakers.  Ha ha!

Yesterday we went to the spa and then walked out in to town to get a black tea latte at Dunkin Donuts.  Everyone keeps staring and pointing at Kristi’s pretty blue eyes.  Little kids are going crazy over her and of course over Cormac too. 

I wanted to get a picture of her when she first got here, but I figured after a day of traveling, she wouldn’t want her picture taken!

We are thrilled she is here!  We still can’t believe it!

She brought us a ton of goodies!  Chai tea, Blue Moon beer and even Popcorn balls!  Yippee!  She also brought Cormac a ton of clothes, some clothes for me and even a shirt for Ryan!  How thoughtful!

We are going to the fabric market today and Ms. Lee is coming on Monday.  We also have a bunch of other activities planned including eating some yummy Korean food (let’s hope she likes it)…

My mom and dad keep saying that this is “good” for me, but I’m not so sure!  I keep spitting the green beans out when they try to feed them to me.  I want something sweet, not this strange, green stuff…

That’s all of the excitement here in Korea.  Kristi will be here tomorrow!  I’m so excited to charm her! 

Can you believe it?  Our little guy is SIX months old already!  He started solids this week, is sitting up unassisted and laughs frequently.  Unfortunately we think he’s starting to teethe, so his sleep schedule has been a bit frustrating.  We have read two great sleep books lately and he’s going down without any struggle.  It’s the sleeping through the night thing that he finds challenging.  My mom continues to remind me that I didn’t sleep “longer than 10 minutes at a time” until I was THREE years old!  Oh my!

Cormac finally got to try some rice cereal, which is classified as a solid.  Of course it’s quite runny and gets everywhere, but he loved it!  Next up- sweet potatoes, avacados, applesauce and pumpkin!  Yippee!
