What an adventure!

Yesterday we decided to go out in town and enjoy the Cherry Blossom Festival.  We expected it would be crazy with over a million people cramming in to this little city and we decided to be adventurous and just see what the day had in store for us.  Well what an adventure it was!  I tried convincing Ryan several times to let us eat at a BBQ chicken restaurant but he was determined to try the local fare…  Essentially the Korean equivalent to “fair food”…  It was quite interesting to say the least.

We had such a great time and Cormac was a trooper.  We ended up staying out for six hours, and even ate octopus (well Ryan did, I ate around it) in a Korean pancake.  We also tried corn dogs with french fries incorporated in them (strange) and several Turkish wraps.  We love them!  So delicious!  We had met the Turkish wrap vendors in Seoul last year and we asked them how they ended up in Korea and apparently they are married to Korean women.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

My friend Cydne, who is an uber amazing scrapbooker, had promised me she would make a scrapbook for Cormac.  Well, needless to say with THREE boys of her own, she is a little busy.  When I received it the other day I was blown away by just how amazing it is!  She’s so creative and talented.  I’m so impressed!  What a lovely present!  Thanks Cyd!  Here are a few pages of it.  I LOVE it!
